Renato,
I just wanted to say thanks for all the excellent training we received
during the training camp. It was very beneficial the way you tailored
the course to our needs and interests. We were constantly challenged
with the level of training and the pace the camp maintained. As always
the Top Team was very professional and remains as the pinnacle of places
to train.
Each day offered a new challenge and learning environment. The no
gi classes were great. They covered everything from takedowns to a
very advanced level of groundwork. The team enjoyed the gi work also.
I was exposed to some uses of the gi I had not seen before. The conditioning
class was excellent, very demanding. Probably most enjoyable was the
chance to train in the professional class. Working with guys who fight
all over the world is always a welcome opportunity. Our team left better
skilled, very sore, and very tired. That is what we were seeking.
To all the instructors you had train with us thanks for all the patience
and work. To Ricardo, as always you are the perfect host. To Richie,
once again thanks for everything it took to get a group of government
guys the chance to train.
I look forward to the next time.
Thanks

Renato,
I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed getting the opportunity
to train with you. You are one of the most talented martial artists
I have ever had the privilege to work with. I thought I knew a lot
about Jiu-Jitsu, until you showed me some of the finer details that
really make the art effective. My skills with the triangle choke improved
dramatically after your explanation of the technique. It is amazing
how much information I was able obtain in just four hours on the mat
with someone with your level of skill. I know with your assistance
I will be able to improve my skills and those of my students and help
them grow in the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
Can you give me an idea of what technique requirements you require
for the level of the blue belt? I plan on trying to go to Tulsa and
work with Mr. Stefani at least once a month. Right now my work schedule
is very hectic
due to the upcoming events. I feel very privileged to be a part of
a association as great as yours. Thanks again for all your help, and
I am looking forward to seeing you again soon.
Thanks,
Michael Mullin
